Therefore accurate pricing for some items is still under review. Depending on the type of item and quantity of the order we can ship items Australia wide via the following methods:
Australia Post - Registered Parcel Post.
Australia Post - Registered Parcel Post plus Extra Cover.
Courier - LSS Couriers, Australian Air Express or Metrostate.

Note: Express Post is NOT available as our offices are located outside of the Sydney Metro Express Post area.
Personal Pickup:
Items can be picked up in person from our offices by prior arrangement only.
Tracking:
Some shipping methods offer the feature of online tracking. You may request the tracking number (if available) once the goods are dispatched.
Returns:
We can offer a money-back satisfaction guarantee in special pre-approved circumstances, please contact us. A 10% restocking fee to cover costs will be payable in these cases.The item must be returned at the buyer's expense.
The item must be returned in 100% original condition otherwise no refund will be paid.
Once accessories are fitted to vehicles, modified or used in any way, they cannot be returned.
All returns must be pre-approved by Ample Outdoors before being shipped. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
