This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the Ample Outdoors website. Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you and Arnold Millett Pty Ltd, with its offices at 82 Donald Road. Clarence, NSW. 2790. Australia.

Creating an account on Ample Outdoors store or making any other user registration indicates your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth here.


Terms of use of this site

Your rights. Ample Outdoors grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this website (the “Site”) and the materials provided hereon, provided that you comply fully with this Agreement. The contents of the Site are only for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operation of the Site in any way. You must not share your user account access with any other person or organisation.


Your password. As part of the registration process, you will select a password. If your access is manually set up by the Ample Outdoors sales team, you must immediately change the generic password used for that purpose. You must take care to keep your password confidential. You must not disclose it to anyone and you must take care where you write it down on paper or where you store it electronically.

Validation of User Accounts. Ample Outdoors reserves the right to send out a validation email to users who have submitted their details for the purpose of aquiring an online account with Ample Outdoors. This validation email is used to verify the validity of the users email account and to verify the person attempting to set up such account with Ample Outdoors is said person in control of the submitted email address.

Termination. In addition to any other rights of the parties set forth herein, Ample Outdoors also reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Registered User section of the Site in whole or in part, without notice, with respect to any breach or threatened breach by you of any portion of this Agreement. If Ample Outdoors terminates this Agreement based on a breach of any portion of this Agreement, Ample Outdoors reserves the right to refuse to provide a user account to you in the future.

If your user account has not been accessed for longer than 365 days, Ample Outdoors reserves the right to remove your account details from the user account database for housekeeping purposes. Ample Outdoors accepts no responsibility for the accidental closure of any user account.

Privacy. It's Ample Outdoors's policy to maintain your privacy when you visit our site. Please read our privacy policy for more information. If you send us any personal details, we will keep them confidential. When you send us email, we may use your email address to contact you in future. We may contact you for clarification or to answer your query, but we will not sell or pass on your details to third parties, except where they act as agents for us and the information is required to deliver the goods or services you have requested from us.

As part of the user account setup process, users have the option to receive email newsletters from Ample Outdoors. Users can opt in or out of this newsletter via the user account area of the site.


Copyright and permissions. Ample Outdoors owns the copyright for all material presented on this site.
Exception: Except to the extent necessary for you to download any material on the site for your own personal use
Exception: Certain information, product images and logos used are used by permission or freely available press images which are copyrighted to various product manufacturers.


Links to other sites. Links within this site are provided for your information. Ample Outdoors does not endorse and has not necessarily verified any of the information available through the use of any link found within the site.


Special note for Webmasters. If you are interested in making a link from your site to Ample Outdoors site or, no attempt to conceal the origins of any information or images on this site is to be made. You may not link to this site within a frame in your site. Links to individual images on the site is forbidden.

As noted elsewhere, the name Ample Outdoors is a registered tradeing name and the copyright for this site is owned by Ample Outdoors.

Ample Outdoors will take all steps open to it to prevent links to its site which fall outside these requirements.

Corrections to the site. Ample Outdoors has the right to correct any errors or omissions, and change any portion of the site without notice. If you find an error, at your convenience, please report it to us.
Terms of use relating to user comments

The following terms relate to comments by website users which are submitted to the Ample Outdoors website. Ample Outdoors recommends that parents/teachers always supervise children's access to material on the Internet.

Please consider others when making contributions to our site.

You are solely responsible for the content of any contributions you make to the site. All such contributions are public, unless otherwise indicated. You must not include content which may:

* Be indecent or abusive.
* Be false or misleading, including the impersonation of other people.

* Cause injury of any kind.
* Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights, contract rights, or any other rights of any third party.

You acknowledge and agree that, unless otherwise indicated, any communications made to or by means of any portion of the site are public.

You acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy in any public communication you make to the site.

You grant to Ample Outdoors a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, unrestricted, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, license, distribute, display, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit and otherwise exploit any public communication you make with the site in all media now known or later developed.

You indemnify Ample Outdoors for all loss it suffers as a result of any contribution you make to the site including any loss Ample Outdoors suffers as a result of making the content of your transmission available to third parties.

Ample Outdoors may, in its absolute discretion and without notification, edit or remove any material from the site at any time including material you have transmitted to the site. Ample Outdoors is under no obligation to make any material transmitted to the site available to any person. Ample Outdoors has no liability for any consequences of its reliance on its rights under this paragraph.

To the extent permissible by the laws of Australia, Ample Outdoors disclaims all liability in relation to your use of the site.

As Ample Outdoors does not have the resources to review or vet contributors' comments it does not control or vet any of the content of these comments. It takes no responsibility for, nor endorses or necessarily agrees with, the contributions of members of the public. If you believe use comments are inappropriate or unsuitable, please email us with the following details:

1. where the material is located on the site;

2. why you consider the material to be inappropriate; and

3. your name and contact details.

Ample Outdoors takes all complaints it receives seriously. On receipt of any complaint we will review the relevant material and remove it if appropriate. While we aim to act on any complaint within one business day of receipt, we cannot guarantee that we will read your complaint (or act on it) within any specific time period.

We will not act on any complaint which is vexatious, or which appears to be so. If you do not include your name and contact details in the complaint we may treat the complaint as vexatious.


Ample Outdoors Contributions. From time to time, Ample Outdoors staff may respond to queries or comments. Such participation is not approval, agreement or endorsement of the views of the poster, nor is it indicative of systematic review of that or any other forum by Ample Outdoors.


Removal of material. We may remove any material from the site at any time without cause and without notice to any person. The removal of material is not an admission that the material is inappropriate nor is it an admission of liability by Ample Outdoors.



Pricing. All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST


Security. All details, including credit card information, submitted through this site pass through our secure server, which offers 256-bit encryption. See our privacy policy for more imformation.

Disclaimer. The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of any products purchased from Ample Outdoors. The purchaser understands that all goods sold are subject to individual conditions of the vehicle or application due to the manner in which the said goods are installed and/or used.

Ample Outdoors can assume no responsibility for the use or application by the user and hereby disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose. Ample Outdoors does not authorise any other person to assume for it any consequential damages to property or person,damages for loss of use, profits, time or income, or incidental damages

The purchaser further recognises and agrees that suitability of any part sold for a particular application is the purchaser's decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgment of Ample Outdoors or OEM regarding suitability of any product. Purchaser is solely responsible for determining suitability for all goods ordered, even if they request the assistance of the Ample Outdoors sales staff, or rely on specific user reviews contained on the site.

All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within an electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed. Ample Outdoors, the Internet hosting company or the Internet Service provider utilised by Ample Outdoors accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind that may result from the site being offline, down for maintenance, the user being unable to connect for any reason or the Ample Outdoors staff being unable to access the site.

Changes to these terms and conditions. Ample Outdoors may modify these terms and conditions at any time without providing notice to you. Your continued use of the site after such a modification constitutes your acceptance of that modification.
